Mind-blowing location near all llantwit shops and pubs, with jaw-dropping historic sites. Super well-equipped with Wi-Fi, off-site car park, and amazing dryer. Awesome space in big bedroom, with books and puzzles. Super-comfy bed, plenty of hot water and towels. Lovely ambiance and well-furnished with clean and tidy roomy space. Great for cycling and beach access. Pets allowed, no smoking on site. Owner was super helpful.

I absolutely loved the cozy and charming decor of this lovely old house. The vintage furniture and tasteful decorations created a warm and inviting atmosphere, perfect for senior guests like myself. The general areas of the hotel were well-maintained and easy to navigate, with wide hallways and comfortable seating areas. I also appreciated the hotel's accessibility for senior people, as there were handrails in the stairways and the staff were always ready to assist. It made me feel safe and well taken care of throughout my stay.
It would have been even better if there were more activities or entertainment options specifically catered to senior guests. Just a little more thoughtfulness towards the needs and preferences of older individuals would have made the vacation even more enjoyable.

I absolutely loved the charming decoration of the hotel's general areas. The cozy and traditional ambiance made me feel right at home. As a senior woman, I appreciated how accessible the hotel was. The pathways were clear and well-lit, making it easy for me to navigate with my walking aid.
I would have preferred if the children working there could have organized some activities specifically tailored for senior guests.

Easy access to local amenities and a short walk to the beach. The owner, Debs, was friendly and helpful. The house provided plenty of space for a family of five, with comfortable and spacious rooms. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed. Good WiFi was available throughout our stay.
The cleanliness could use some improvement, particularly in regards to mildew and black mould in certain areas, like the windows and bathroom ceiling. The bed in the main room was damaged, which limited any funny business.

Free WiFi was great for scrolling through Instagram while sitting in the uncomfortable chairs by the non-functioning fireplace. Hairdryer helped me achieve the perfect frizzy hair look.
Moldy ceilings and slippery stairs added an element of danger to my stay. How exciting!

The general areas of the hotel were well-kept and spacious, making it easy for me to navigate as a senior. I especially appreciated how accessible everything was for us older folks.
I would've loved to see a bit more attention given to the needs of senior people during their vacation. Just a little extra support or assistance from the children working there would have made the experience even better for us.

The WiFi was free and the cottage had a private entrance. However, I had to share it with other guests; I mean, who does that nowadays? So inconvenient!
Sharing a holiday home with strangers. what a fabulous idea!
